YIDU 27th Junior Team Championship [26. Aug. 2011 - 21:53]
The 27th Yorkshire Inter-District Union Junior Team Championship played at Keighley Golf Club on 25th August 2011. The bradford Union Team won with 13 shots to spare. Leeds were in second place and East Riding Union placed third.

East Riding Union under 18's v Leeds Juniors at Burstwick CC [13. Aug. 2011 - 22:07]

The match was played in good conditions after the recent weather and with very good greens. The Match finished 20 points to Leeds Union juniors 16 to ERU under 18's. we had two new faces in the ERU side for this match Anil Panesar Hessle Golf Club and Ben Emsley Driffield Golf Club both players put points on the board well played.

 
ERU Under 18's v Harrogate Union at Thirsk. [ 5. Aug. 2011 - 23:40]
ERU under 18's turned the screws on the Harrogate union Juniors at Thirsk & Northallerton Golf Club on Thursday 4th August.
The weather did no favors to either side with rain most of the morning and all the players were very wet at the lunch break, ERU were 9 point to 3 points to the good at this stage, after a delay of half an hour play in the singles continued and ERU won the singles 16 points to 8 a very sound win. very well played boys in very poor conditions.

ERU under 18's V Teesside at Filey [30. Jul. 2011 - 23:13]
ERU Under 18's faced a very strong Teesside Union junior side on Friday 29th July at Filey Golf Club. The course and conditions were near perfect.
In the morning foursomes Michael Wray and Steve Robins had a very good 2 & 1 win. also Harry Woolfall and Andrew Coates a very good win. Andrew Coates from Allerthorpe Golf Club along with Calam Skinner Cave Castle Golf Club were playing for the first time in the Under 18's league.
In the afternoon singles we had good results from Kristian Smith, Sam Dillon,George Thorp and Jamie Gregory all having wins. Michael Wray and Danny Barnes both finished all square. the result was a 22 to 14 win for Teesside Juniors.
